Rush Limbaugh's Florida estate has been sold for a record-breaking $155 million to billionaire William Lauder, executive chairman of the Estée Lauder Companies. The sprawling waterfront property consists of three separate homes, a 16,600-square-foot mansion, a 2,900-square-foot house and a 2,200-square-foot house with a total of 13 bedrooms and 12 bathrooms, a two-story library, a pool, a putting green, four guest houses and a guard station for 24-hour security. Rush Limbaugh purchased the estate in 1998 for $3.9 million and personally decorated it in the style of the Palace of Versailles and the Plaza Hotel. The estate was sold following his death in February 2021 by Limbaugh's fourth and final wife, Kathryn Adams Limbaugh. Lauder is no stranger to real estate in the Palm Beach area, having sold two parcels for a combined $200 million in the same area and purchasing one in 2020 for around $25.4 million. He also owns an apartment on Park Avenue in New York City.
